 The Practice is situated in Annabella, Mallow Co. Cork and is headed up by Directors Kevin O’Keeffe, Dip Arch and Paul O’Connell, Dip Arch, MRIAI. Kevin’s late father, Patrick O’Keeffe MRIAI originally formed the practice in 1947. Kevin & Paul along with a strong team have grown the practice and are renowned for their innovative and progressive designs, enhanced by careful detailing as a direct response to the specific site context.

 We are committed to environmentally friendly design solutions and have a large portfolio of both contemporary and traditional designs all respecting the local vernacular. The Practice has a proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget and enjoys the challenge of working on restricted sites that require rigorous design solutions.
